One Team, One Purpose“, states DeSean Jackson. Jackson is the CEO, of the DeSean Jackson Foundation, which was founded in 2009 when his father, Bill, died from Pancreatic Cancer five months after being diagnosed. “It is not about me, my family, the NFL today”, says Jackson, “it is about the students in Fenton Public Schools who are advocating for empathy, compassion and social change for those afflicted with Pancreatic Cancer and their loved ones. I am humbled and proud to have been chosen to be their national spokesperson.”
